Shipping
Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please locate the tracking number provided in your confirmation email and contact the designated courier directly. If no tracking number is available, contact us at sales@mancan.co and we will assist you.
Do you ship outside North America?
Yes. MANCAN.CO ships to most international destinations. Orders outside North America typically arrive within one to two weeks of dispatch. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon import and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within the same day of purchase using the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email, or by emailing sales@mancan.co within that window.
The cancellation window has passed — can I still cancel?
Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Unopened, sealed products purchased within North America may be returned within seven (7) days of having received the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact sales@mancan.co.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued once the returned product is received in its original good, sealed condition at our warehouse. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
Can I exchange a product?
MANCAN.CO does not currently offer product exchanges due to overwhelming demand.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods
I received the wrong item.
Please email sales@mancan.co with your order number, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
My order arrived damaged.
Please email sales@mancan.co the same day you receive your order, including your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; MANCAN.CO will investigate significant damage that renders a product unusable. Minor cosmetic or surface damage is not eligible for replacement or refund. By purchasing our products the customer acknowledge that each item leaves our facility in excellent condition and that any damage upon receipt is the responsibility of the courier. The customer accepts that any damage occurred during transit is the responsbility of the courier and is therefore a matter between the customer and their chosen delivery service.

mancan.co Inc. (“MANCAN.CO,” “we,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, and to amend these Mobile Terms at any time; continued use of the Service following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By opting in to MANCAN.CO's SMS/text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages (including cart reminders, promotions, and offers) from MANCAN.CO at the mobile number provided, even if that number is registered on a provincial, state, or federal Do Not Call list. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase, and participation is entirely voluntary.
Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your wireless carrier. You are solely responsible for any charges associated with receiving text messages, and should contact your carrier with questions regarding your plan.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to +18447490603, or by using the unsubscribe link included in any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out; no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. If you are enrolled in more than one ManCan messaging program, you must opt out of each individually, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

MANCAN.CO may change the phone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time. We are not responsible for messages that are not received as a result of such changes, and wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MANCAN.CO disclaims liability for any failed, delayed, or misdirected message, and for any reliance placed on information delivered through the Service.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of this website or purchase of ManCan products, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
